A.I.: Artificial Intelligence

A.I.: Artificial Intelligence
In today’s movies, characters routinely discard and shrug off people who love or need them. “A.I: Artificial Intelligence”, the Steven Spielberg film, will touch most people… all but the most adrenaline-addicted unfeeling moviegoer… because it shows us the pain and consequence of love.
Reflection:
This is one of the greatest movies!
It is unique and insightful
Congratulations to the maker of this film
We realize how cruel human beings can be, we all know this could be reality someday, we place technology above everything, sometimes even our feelings... this movie is frightening and revealing at the same time. You can see that David is so innocent minded.

Final scene

I love this scene. There is a part that makes you happy, and parts that make you want to cry so hard. This scene makes me want to cry, but, I still like it. I never understood if David died at the end of the movie, or if he was just sleeping and having a happy vivid dream for the first time I am thrilled to watch, that's wonderful. I cry because maybe I found something of that scene very deep in my souls. The want to be loved, the want for our mothers when their gone. The want for things to go back to the way they were. Timeless. This movie could have done with less explaining though. Most humans know pain love and loss and most feel. There is no need for any explanation. This is a great movie really ambitious this ending could have been good as well... I know that some might be disappointed because of the "all for nothing" message, but this ending leaves a more tragically beautiful taste, because against the inevitable fate, David still holds on to his hope. The contrast between the inevitability and David's yearning would make it a very emotional ending. At least for me.
